Humans have been exposed to radiation from space from the beginning of time through cosmic radiation, which includes sunlight emitted by rocks, volcanoes, and bodies of water. In their natural state, all forms of radiation have no detrimental effects on the environment or living things. Furthermore, radioactive pollution is not a result of any kind of natural radiation.
The idea of radiation pollution, on the other hand, is a more recent one, having its roots in the Second World War and the world's first nuclear explosion. As a result, the impacts of radioactivity may be difficult to detect and forecast. Furthermore, it's possible that some nuclear waste sites are unidentified. The primary issue with radioactive waste is that it cannot be chemically or biologically broken down or treated.
